I’m Christa

I’m a Senior Web and UX/UI Designer based in the Salt Lake City, Utah area, with 7+ years of experience creating accessible, responsive, and user-centered digital experiences. My work spans web design, UI/UX design, brand and visual strategy, accessibility, front-end development, and digital experience optimization.

Throughout my career, I’ve been involved in the full design process—from understanding business goals and user needs to information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, stakeholder collaboration, development, testing, and launch. I enjoy translating complex requirements into intuitive, polished experiences that balance usability, brand consistency, technical constraints, and organizational objectives.

My background in both design and business gives me a well-rounded approach to problem-solving. I hold a BFA in Graphic Design and a BA with a double major in Marketing and Management, allowing me to consider projects from both creative and strategic perspectives.

Over the course of my career, I’ve designed and developed more than 50 websites and digital experiences. What continues to motivate me most is seeing thoughtful design move from concept to a real experience that people can use, navigate, and benefit from.
