Nonprofit Branding

Call to Freedom is a non-profit that supported victims of human trafficking and sexual exploitation. They provide safe housing, mental health counseling, medical assistance, dependency treatment, transportation, and other supportive services. I volunteered with them and assisted them with various design needs.

During my time of volunteering I helped finalize and deliver their logo, created flyers, brochures, social media assets, and other materials for their fundraising and program needs. It was a wonderful experience, and I learned a lot about designing for a cause.

Brochure Design

It was requested that I design an informational brochure that communicated a lot of information, and was targeted towards a younger market to get involved. These brochures would be placed in the lobby and handed out to encourage volunteering, advocating, and donating. Since the market was younger, I decided to take a bolder and infographic approach. I wanted it to be informational, but also intriguing while still staying consistent with branding.

Event Materials

Call to Freedom had a number of events and materials needed to help fundraise, recruit, and bring awareness to their organization. Within my volunteer duration, I created event materials, pledge cards, mailers, brochures, flyers, and more. Below are some marketing materials used at their annual community breakfast event.

Social Media

Social Media plays a vital and integral role in non-profit. Call to Freedom had fundraisers, events, and information to communicate with their audience. I was tasked with creating some social posts for them while adhering to the organization branding.

Flyer Designs

During my volunteer time with Call to Freedom I was asked to create some information flyers with the purpose of the general public reporting signs of human trafficking and sexual exploitation. These flyers would be printed and hung in locations of heavy traffic at intersections of interstates, so they needed to be eye catching.
